Hello Paige, I'm the HMC's web developer and I'm glad you've decided to join the network. We are a newly up and running site and our purpose is to provide a place for agencies and churches to connect, educate and collaborate to meet the needs of homelessness within Metro Atlanta. If you are familiar with facebook, this network functions in much the same way but with a distinct purpose. Are you working with an organization addressing the needs of homelessness or interested in beginning such an endeavor? Browse the site and you will find that we are posting information and educational material that will be of great use to your organization. Take advantage of connecting with members of this network who represent several different organizations in the area.
